The steel plate of the electric griddle PSR 400 E is 10 mm thick. With a temperature rise of less than 10 minutes the decarbonised steel plate is of sufficient thickness to sear meat, fish and vegetables, providing a good contact cooking for a direct heat transfer to the food to be cooked.
The even temperature over the entire cooking surface is due to an Incoloy heating element. This coil-shaped heating elements cover the entire surface of the steel plate.
The juices and grease are drained into the fully removable drawer which can be cleaned in a dishwasher. After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional griddle plate, it is possible to deglaze the still hot cooking plate with cold water or some ice cubes
