The Eikon e3 is the most flexible of all the Merrychef range of ovens thanks to it's turntable for even cooking and a three tier cavity providing flexibilty for baking and cooking. Up to five times faster than standard cooking methods the e3 is ideal for cafes, bars, bakeries and convenience stores
