HyRoc Hygienic Wall Cladding
Our system is installed and hygienically sealed by way of a series of specially manufactured edges, angles and joints with a final seal of silicone beading to prevent dirt traps. The sheets are glued to surfaces using our non-solvent based, Hi-Fix adhesive. Examples in the pictures
to the right and below show the basic principle.
Internal and external angles are used to finish the corners where two sheets meet. A universal angle is available for obtuse or acute corners, and is easily adjusted to suit. All angles, H sections and J sections are glued on to the sheet/wall with our solvent based, Super Hi-Fix
Adhesive.
For longer runs of cladding, HyRoc sheets are joined by way of an ‘H’ section, as seen in the diagram on the right. This creates a snug fit and hygienic seal between sheets. H section can also be used to integrate non-slip safety flooring and cladding together if installed horizontally at the base of the cladding.
A similar extrusion with a ‘J’ profile can be installed horizontally to sit sections of cladding in where safety flooring cannot be integrated, and vertically to neatly finish a run of sheets, or around window/doors if required.
If you require additional fixings, drive-rivets are available, and are easily installed by drilling a
pilot hole through the sheet and wall. We would only suggest using drive-rivets where the
adhesives may fail.
