Powerful Dish And Pot Washer Designed For Integration Into A Pass-Through Operation Hood type pass-through multi-functioning dish / pot washer designed to be installed with entry and exit tabling for a seamless operation and natural separation of dirties and cleans. With an automated hood and various basket accessories for different items this machine is simple and ergonomic to operate. Ideal for operations producing between 200-1000 meals per day where gastronorm containers are mainly used for cooking. Due to it's design this machine will fit in almost any kitchen layout whether it be in a corridoor, against a wall or in a corner.

Each cassette can accomodate 8 1/1 gastronorms up to 200mm deep and is supplied with dividers to suit 1/2 gastronorms and other small containers
